Do you provide samples?
We can provide samples, and the sample fee can be deducted after placing the order. We also support sending samples for inspection to ensure that the bulk goods are consistent with the samples.
How to ensure quality?
Choose thick pipes, environmentally friendly boards/plastics, weld firmly, structurally stable, and pass load-bearing, wear-resistant, and environmentally friendly tests; Pre production sample confirmation can be provided before bulk production.
How long is the delivery time?
Regular spot items will be shipped within 7-15 days; Customized products usually take 15-30 days, depending on the order quantity and process confirmation.
How to arrange packaging and transportation?
Using export standard cardboard boxes and corner protectors for secure and anti-collision packaging; Can be disassembled/assembled for shipping, saving on shipping costs. Support FOB, CIF, DDP and other trade terms, assist in arranging sea/air freight.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Regular styles have flexible minimum order quantities, and larger quantities offer better prices; Customized products require MOQ confirmation based on process and materials, and support pre inspection of sample orders.
Does it support customization?
